Mayonnaise sandwiches are easy to make and yummy to eat. It is also a good way to make your kid eat all the healthy veggies. But I always have this feeling of eating too much calories. So after lot of experiment now I use major portion of dahi with very less mayo making it as a guilt free enjoyment.

Ingredients
- 4 Slices Bread
- 0.5 Cup Curd Fresh hung
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 0.5 Cup Cucumber Grated
- 0.5 Cup Carrot Grated
- 0.5 Cup Cabbage Grated (Optional)
- 0.5 tbsp Oregano
- 0.5 tbsp Salt (as per your taste)
- Pepper (as per your taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl take hung curd, mayo, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix them really well. Leave it for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add all grated veggies.
- Take 2 bread slices and cut all the corners. Spread butter on both the slices.
- On one slice spread the above mixture evenly. Top it with the other slice.
- Similarly make the another sandwich.
- Cut them into triangular shapes.
