Ingredients
- 4 pieces Potatoes- 4 Medium sized peeled and cut into fingers
- 0.5 Cup Onions Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 piece Garlic Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 5 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 tbso Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 0.5 tbs Salt (quantity as per taste)
- 3 tbsp Oil (for deep fry)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0.25 cup Capsicum slices
Instructions
- Combine the potatoes, garlic paste, chilli powder, cornflour, salt and water in a deep bowl and make into thin wet flour. Keep aside for 15 min.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the potatoes fingers till it turn into golden color. Drain on a tissue paper.
- Take oil in another pan, add chopped garlic and onions and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add chilli flakes, chilli sauce, vinegar and soya sauce and mix well.
- Add honey, sugar and little salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Combine fried potatoes and the sauce and toss well.
- Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds and capsicum slices.
