Ingredients
Parle-G(or any Glucose Biscuits) 3 small packets
Cashews – 1/4 Cup
Almonds – 1/4 Cup
Dry Grated Coconut – 1/4 Cup
Powdered Sugar -1/2 Cup
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream or Malai (optional) – 1/4 cup
Hershey’s (or anyone you like) Chocolate Syrup
Methods
- Gring biscuits into powder and knead it’s dough using Malai & Hershey’s syrup (it should be rolled easily)
- Grind all the dry fruits together, add sugar, coconut powder and cardamom powder.
- Roll the chocolate dough and spread the powdered mixture.
- Roll it and wrap it with Cling and freeze. Cut thick slices and serve.
