It is a quick and delicious dessert for busy days and it tastes just as a bakery cake.
Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose flour
 - 1 cup Almond flour
 - 1 tsp Salt
 - 2 tsp Baking Powder
 - 1 cup Sugar
 - 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
 - 1.5 cup Milk
 
Instructions
- In a bowl take all the dry ingredients and mix them well.
 - Then add the vegetable oil and milk. Mix them really well so that there are no lumps.
 - Take a cake pan, rub the side and bottom with a little butter. Make sure to get into the corners and all the way up the sides. Flour the sides and bottom of the pan by scooping a bit of flour into the pan, then shaking and tapping to coat the bottom and sides with the flour, take out the excess.
 - Pour the cake mixture into the pan and put it into the oven for approximately 40 mins at 160°C.
 - Now your cake is ready, enjoy!!!
